Credit Zone – User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Credit Zone platform, including the website and mobile application.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Credit Zone is a digital loan facilitation platform operated by Creditline Solutions Private Limited. Loan services are provided by RBI-registered NBFC partner NIRMAN FINCAP PRIVATE LIMITED. We are NOT a lending entity. We act as a digital platform connecting users with RBI-registered NBFC partners.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be legally capable of entering a contract
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must use the platform for lawful purposes only

3. Nature of Services

Credit Zone provides a platform that facilitates loan applications between users and lending partners.

We do not provide loans directly. Loan approval, disbursement, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined solely by the lending partner.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and updated information
  • Maintain confidentiality of OTP and account details
  • Do not misuse the platform or attempt fraud
  • Do not submit false or misleading documents
  • Use services only for personal lawful purposes

5. Fees & Charges

Certain services may involve processing fees as per the loan offer.

  • Processing Fee: ₹200–₹500 or as per final offer
  • GST: Applicable as per regulations

Fees once paid may be non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate third-party services such as verification, payment gateways, and analytics tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

7. Data Usage

Your data is collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you consent to data usage for verification, application processing, and service improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Credit Zone shall not be liable for:

  • Loan rejection by the lending partner
  • Delays in approval or disbursement
  • Incorrect information provided by users
  • Technical issues beyond our control

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse, fraud, or violation of terms is detected.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
